  1. Cancellation Policy

    2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
    You may cancel your web hosting service at any time by logging into your account and submitting a cancellation request.
    Upon cancellation, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 90 days, unless legally required to retain it.
    If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next period.

    2.2 Automatic Renewals
    All services are set to auto-renew by default to prevent service interruptions.
    If you do not want to renew your service, you must cancel it at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

    We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase for:

    Refunds are not available for:

    3.2 Pro-Rated Refunds
    If you cancel after 30 days, refunds are not available, and your service will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
    No partial refunds for unused service periods.

  1. Non-Payment & Service Suspension

    If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, services may be suspended.
    If payment is not received within 14 days, your account may be terminated permanently.
    We are not responsible for data loss due to non-payment.

  1. Dispute Resolution

    Chargebacks and fraudulent disputes will result in immediate account suspension.
